Dr. Ehrenberger's Acacia Fiber is derived from the milk juice from the bark of the Seyal Acacia tree, which grows in the Sahel Desert in Africa. Only physical methods are used in the processing and the product is not chemically or enzymatically treated. The result is a pure and natural product of organic quality, which contains more than 80% water-soluble fibre.

We know soluble and insoluble fiber from food. The soluble fiber found in acacia fiber is beneficial to our digestive system and body.

A daily dose of acacia fiber provides 11 g of pure water-soluble fiber, which:

• increases the volume or amount of stools;
• positively contributes to regular defecation;
• good for peristalsis of the intestines

EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) recommends 25 g of dietary fibre per day for an adult, which promotes normal bowel movements.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose: Mix 1 heaping teaspoon of powder (about 6 g) in enough liquid and drink 2 times a day.
