Boswellia - tincture

Boswellia(Boswellia serrata), also known as Boswellia indica, is a small, hardy, resinous tree that thrives in arid regions of India, North America and the Middle East. It is known by a variety of names, e.g. pestle,, olibanum, shallaki...

It is an important part of the Ayurvedic tradition and diet, where it has been used for a variety of purposes since time immemorial, as it contains many active ingredients.

Bioherba tincture is made from boswellia soaked in glycerin, which gives it a sweet taste. Glycerin is a colourless, odourless liquid, slightly thicker than water.

A daily dose of the tincture is equivalent to 750 mg of boswellia.

Recommended Daily Dose:25 drops (1 ml) in 100 ml of water, 3 times a day.
