Black Himalayan Salt is volcanic salt, also called Kala Namak salt and is a great alternative to ordinary salt. The salt crystals vary in colour from off-white to black and reddish brown. The salt is 100% natural and has a characteristic sulphur smell that is reminiscent of a boiled egg.
