Dansac Nova 2 Covex pads are compatible with all Nova and NovaLife two-piece bags and the correct attachment of the bag to the pad is accompanied by an audible click. The adhesive surface of the Nova pads is diamond-shaped and made of natural material (GX hydrocolloid). The adhesive layer is thickest around the stoma and thins towards the edges, providing a more secure and gentle adhesion to the skin. If more pressure is needed on the pad, the pouch can be secured with a tape that connects to the tape tabs on the pouch. The Dansac belt is available in a length of 100 cm. The Nova 2 Convex pads are convex (the convexity is 6 mm), increasing skin protection and reducing possible underflow. The firm convex pad liner provides pressure around the stoma and helps elevate the stoma into the pouch.
