Acetyl-L-Carnitine is the biologically active acetylated form of L-carnitine in the human body, which is involved in the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria in cells and is subsequently involved in energy production. It is often found in a wide range of nutritional supplements for athletes.

Use

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule. Take with plenty of water.

Ingredients: ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng), stonecrop extract (Rhodiola rosea), acetyl-l-carnitine, natural caffeine Bean'ergy®, ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera), vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; HPMC), anti-caking agents: silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

The product may contain grains containing gluten, milk, soy and eggs.
