Flex Complex contains:

Collagen is a protein that makes up 30% of all proteins in the body and is also an important building block of skin, muscle, joint cartilage and all connective tissues. Hydrolyzed collagen is a form that can penetrate deeper into tissues and binds more easily due to hydration. In addition, it does not require preservatives as it is stable at room temperature.

Glucosamine is an aminosaccharide, a natural chemical compound found in our bodies. It is found in almost all body tissues, but mostly in connective tissue and cartilage.

MSM or methylsulfonylmethane is an organic form of sulfur that occurs in the same form in nature. Humans ingest most MSM through diet, but cooking foods significantly reduces the MSM content. It has been used as a dietary supplement for many years. MSM is involved in many metabolic processes in the human body, as well as in the formation of collagen and connective tissue.

Use

Recommended daily dose: 1 scoop (20 g) mix in 200-250 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
