Clay has been used by humans for nutrition and nurturing purposes since 2500 BC. They prepared clay elixirs and put clay wraps on their bodies.

Clay wraps are extremely gentle to the skin and rich in many body-beneficial substances. They are also used in beauty salons and wellness centres as an aid in body shaping treatments, etc.

Clay wraps can be used in a variety of ways and are suitable for athletes, seniors and anyone who wants to take care of their skin on thighs, legs, spine and elsewhere.

Use of clay body wrap:

• preparation: apply clay to a large piece of natural cloth or cabbage leaf so that you can wrap it on all four sides. Apply the compresses so that the clay is in contact with the skin, and secure them with a bandage.
• thickness of coating: from a few millimeters to 2 centimeters (any; depending on need),
• temperature: for warm tiles, preheat the desired amount of clay over steam, or lay the cloth on a fireplace, radiator...
• number of tiles: tiles should be placed in no more than three places at a time, as the clay has a holistic effect. Over-lubricating the whole body at once can overload the body.
• application time: 1-3 hours (depending on reason for use), or remove when dry.

Dispose of clay tiles after each use. It is recommended daily use, for a minimum of 21 days.
