Caffeine is a natural alkaloid found mainly in the leaves, seeds and fruits of various plants. It is most commonly consumed with coffee and tea, but is increasingly being included in various carbonated beverages such as energy drinks.

Caffeine can also often be found in the form of dietary supplements, in a wide variety of forms such as tablets, capsules, powders and liquids. They are most commonly used by recreational and professional athletes who experience high physical exertion on a daily basis.

Caffeine PLUS capsules contain some B-complex vitamins added for even better performance, which contribute/play a role in:

releasing energy during metabolism (vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B12),

functioning of the nervous system (vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B12),

normal mental activity (vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B12),

reduction of fatigue and exhaustion(vitamin B6 and vitamin B12), and

immune system function(vitamin B6 and vitamin B12).

Use

Recommended daily dose: 1-2 capsules. Always take the capsules whole with plenty of liquid.

It is not recommended to take the capsules in the evening or at bedtime.
