Manducaparni is a perennial plant with thin stems that grows creeping along the ground and has both leaves and roots in nodes. You can recognise it by its small red and white flowers and oval-shaped fruits. In the Ayurvedic diet, the leaves are used mainly, which contain the most polyphenols and other active substances.

Mandukaparni is also known as Gotu kola and is one of the oldest and most well-known herbs in Ayurveda and Chinese tradition. It is most commonly used to support emotional and cognitive functions.

Cosmoveda capsules contain umbrella leaf powder, which is finely ground below 40°C and sourced organically from the regions of India and Sri Lanka.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose: 2x 4 capsules. Take between meals, with warm water.
