MCT oil powder - an excellent source of energy from fat!

MCT oil stands for medium chain triglycerides. These are saturated fats that occur naturally in some foods, such as coconut oil, palm oil and milk fat.

Medium-chain fatty acids are known for having short chains like most other fats, but they are also easier to digest and move more quickly to the liver where they are converted into energy.

For this reason, MCT oil is often used in sports nutrition, on low-carbohydrate diets, and in other diets where you want to achieve a higher intake of calories and fat.

Almost odourless and tasteless - you can use it in a variety of recipes.

MCT oil powder is easy to use - mix with 100 ml of water and consume. You can use it in liquid form (mixed with water) and add it to a variety of dishes, such as salads, sauces, shakes, the famous bulletproof coffee, etc., and in powdered form, it is also great in other recipes, such as pancake batter, biscuits, cookies...

With its neutral taste and aroma it can be used almost anywhere, but should not be heated above 120 °C.

Use

Use: Mix 1 tablespoon (10 g) in 100 ml of water.
