Greek fenugreek (Latin Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a very old crop that most likely originated in southeastern Europe. The plant has been used for various purposes since ancient times, but today it is often used as a spice, as it is also an important ingredient in curries. The hayflower can be recognised by its small white flowers and can grow up to 90 centimetres tall.

Recommended dosage:4-6 g per day with enough water as needed.
