Shallaki is a resinous tree,also known as Boswellia. You can recognize it by its leafy bark and long tassels. In Ayurvedic nutrition, the bark and resin are the most commonly used, as they contain the most active ingredients.

In India, boswellia resin is valued as a traditional herb and is also used as an incense for religious purposes. Due to its properties, Shallaki is often included in natural joint support complexes as it contributes to joint preservation.
