Shallaki is a resinous tree, also known as Boswellia. You will know it by its leafy bark and long tassels. In Ayurvedic nutrition, the bark and resin are most commonly used because they contain the most active ingredients.

In India, boswellia resin is valued as a traditional herb and is also used as an incense for religious purposes. Due to its properties, Shallaki is often included in natural joint support complexes as it contributes to joint preservation.

The Churna herb contains powder from the resin of boswellia, which is finely ground below 40°C and is sourced organically from areas in India and Sri Lanka.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:1 aligned scoop, divided into 2 doses. Consume between meals. Pour boiling water over the powder, let sit for 1-2 minutes and drink while still warm.
