Vasaka (Vasa) BIO
Opis
Vasaka - an Ayurvedic herb with beneficial properties.
Vasaka, also known as Vasa, is an evergreen shrub that grows up to 3 meters. It can be recognised by its lance-shaped leaves, white or crimson flowers and four-seeded fruits. Because of its properties, we call it Indian lungwort, as it resembles our more familiar lungwort in its effects and uses.
Vasaka leaves have been used in Indian and Chinese traditions for centuries. All parts of the plant are used in the Ayurvedic diet, but the leaves contain the most active compounds.Cosmoveda capsules contain vasaka leaf powder, which is finely ground below 40°C and sourced organically from India and Sri Lanka.
