Omega-3 fatty acids include EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA(docosahexaenoic acid). They are attributed with many beneficial effects on our body, among other things, they are involved in the functioning of the heart*. DHA also plays a role in brain function** and vision maintenance**.

Use
