Omega-3 fatty acids include EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA(docosahexaenoic acid). They are attributed with many beneficial effects on our body, including they are involved in the functioning of the heart*. DHA also plays a role in brain function** and eyesight maintenance**.

Vitamin K2 also contributes tonormal blood clotting, and vitamin E has a rolein protecting cells from oxidative stress (it is an antioxidant).

Use

Recommended Daily Dose: 2 capsules. Take a whole capsule with plenty of liquid in the morning or evening.
