Nature Love's Vitamin B12 1000 µg tablets are truly special as the product uses two biologically active forms of vitamin B12 - methylcobalamin and 5deoxy-adenosylcobalamin in a 2:1 ratio, and vitamin B12 in the form of hydroxocobalamin is also added. The tablets also contain folate or vitamin B9 in the stable form 5-MTHF glucosamine (5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine), which is essential for the metabolism of vitamin B12.

The product is a dietary supplement.

Use

Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet every 2nd day, with plenty of liquid.
