Vitamin B12 is important for the immune system

Vitamin B12 or cobalamin is a key element for many functions in the human body. We usually only realise how important it is when we lack it. Our body can't make it on its own, so we have to supply it - through diet or supplements.

Vitamin B12 is found in the diet mainly in meat, dairy products and eggs, but it is sensitive to high temperatures, so we find much less of it in cooked foods.

Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (filler), calcium phosphate (filler), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
