Vitamin D3 is essential for bones and the immune system

Vitamin D is a precursor to calcitriol,vitamin D3 which is the active form of this vitamin in the body and plays an important role in maintaining strong bones and teeth, the immune system and muscles.

The body can only make vitamin D by exposure to sunlight, which is why vitamin D is also called the "sunshine vitamin".

Vitamin D deficiency is experienced by young and old people mostly in the winter months, but it can also be caused by modern lifestyle, so it is recommended to take this vitamin as a dietary supplement.

Each tablet contains 25 μg of vitamin D3, which is equivalent to 1000 IU (international units).

Vitamin D contributes to:

Use

Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet. Swallow the whole tablet and wash down with plenty of liquid.

Caution: The recommended daily amounts or dose should not be exceeded. Straws should not be exceeded or exceeded. Keep out of the reach of children.

This product is intended for healthy adults only. Consumption of more than 20 µg of D3 per day for several months may pose a risk and it is recommended to monitor serum 25(OH)D levels and additional vitamin D intake from other sources is not recommended.
