Vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol is a form of vitamin D that is made in our bodies by sunlight, so when the sun shines less or when we spend too much time indoors, vitamin D deficiency can occur.

Vitamin K2 or menaquinone is the form of vitamin K most commonly found in foods of animal origin. Our body makes it in small amounts in the intestines with bacteria. Vitamin K2 deficiency is most common in people who do not eat a varied and balanced diet.

Vitamin K2 comes in different forms - the form K2 MK-7, which plays the most important role in our diet because it is best absorbed by the body, is used in drops.

High content - one drop contains 25 µg of vitamin D3 and 20 µg of vitamin K2.

Use

Recommended daily dose: 1 drop (undiluted) daily. We recommend taking it with meals - apply a drop directly to the tongue (without liquid).
