Spirulina (Arthrospira Platensis) is a blue-green algae, which belongs to unicellular organisms. It is a microscopic spiral-shaped algae that lives in freshwater and is known for its high nutritional value.

This extraordinary algae is also classified as a superfood, and its beneficial effects and exceptional properties were known to the Aztecs.

It also contains vitamin B12, which contributes to the reduction of fatigue.

The effect of spirulina is also supported by vitamins A and B12, which together contribute/play a role in:

Use

Recommended daily dose: 4-6 tablets. Divide the tablets according to the dose between breakfast and lunch. Take with plenty of liquid.
