Gokshura is a herb that grows on the ground and reaches a height of up to 90 cm. It has paired leaves, yellow flowers and a spherical fruit.

Gokshura is also known as ground anchor. All parts of the plant are used in the Ayurvedic diet and most of the active ingredients and polyphenols are contained in the fruit or seed.

The precious weed has been known and appreciated for its extraordinary effects for thousands of years and has a long history of use in Chinese and Indian and Ayurvedic traditions, respectively. It also has many other names for its power, such as devil's thorn, devil's grass, goat's head, etc.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose: 1 aligned scoop, divided into 2 doses. Consume between meals. Pour boiling water over the powder, let sit for 1-2 minutes and drink while still warm.
